There seem to be a room for improvement on handling TAB key for switching between edit fields.
There is some discussion on GITLAB already on similar matter:
In general, it would be welcome to be able to use TAB and SHIFT+TAB (reverse) to swtich between edit fields, regardless of data input type (let it be separate textboxes, or Gridviews). Current behavior is quite inconsistent and impacts productivity, especially for hard-core keyboard users.
Example:
Footprint properties > go to Reference , press TAB jumps to “Show” checkbox and the next Tab switches to Position X text field; instead it should go Reference > Value > Footprint > …
