Could someone recommend a good, general, reading on PCP design?

It is not about PCB designing itself (in sense how to do what I want) but rather about how PCB should be designed (what you should want when designing PCB).

I didn’t read that book but I suppose you can replace it with: I think it is enough for most pcb designers.
