new graphics driver but still green stripes
I have already read the already closed entry of or8 from 30.01.2022.
Friends,
Be gentle, my first post. Thanks a lot.
I tried to install new Kicad few times. It seems still see green lines after opening the main project file (extension: *.kicad_pcb). It used to work smoothly with earlier version of Kicad software but with new version not able to open the file to see it properly. It shows many green lines and not sure where the root source of the issue is. Tried to update the image itself (screenshot).
Application: KiCad (64-bit)
Version: (6.0.1…
My graphics card is current and I have the following settings in Preserences.
System:
KiCAD 6.0.8
WINDOWS 10
Does anyone have an idea what else it could be?

That’s not quite what David wanted you to try; go to Preferences → (Schematic Editor or PCB Editor) → Display Options and select Fallback Graphics.

OK. It can be set in the PCB Editor. It is now also fine there. In the schematic editor the stripes are still there.

So it has to be set in all editors.
Many thanks for the help
Good, that rules out another possible cause, which is a broken graphics card. It looks like you have a buggy OpenGL driver

If you’re sure you’re using the latest Intel graphics driver, then this should be reported to Intel.
They’re unwilling to provide information about how to work around this. See Solved: Request for details on Intel HD 630 green lines in OpenGL apps - Intel Communities
Or if you have a discrete GPU, change the graphics performance preferences for KiCad to “High performance”.

Looking at your driver value, you do not the version the Intel released with the fix.
You have 27.20.100.8280. They released the fix in 27.20.100.8587
You will need to find a newer driver
