Been off the design for a while and upgraded recently
The Net Tie is now throwing an error
I can look the other way, although it would be nice to know what has changed if anything and also what the plans could be for Net Ties in the future.
Not looking to make waves, but with a first thought, it would seem best to make Net Ties out of a pad or via of some sort. In the present way, only the top or bottom can be used to join all nets, whereas sometimes it would be nice to do that on an internal layer.
