I’m trying to simulate this circuit of a mosfet. I downloaded the model from infineon website. Why am I getting
2.67V at the source not 18V approx. if the fet is on? I’m new to simulating circuits.

This is more a MOSFET question than a simulation question.
Not exactly, but in your circuit, the source voltage will rise to the gate voltage minus the Vgs threshold voltage. The voltage will probably be slightly lower because Vgs threshold is usually measured at (maybe 250 uA?) UPDATE: I guessed correctly:
Try setting V1 to 25V and see what happens. That ought to turn your FET on fully.
Try putting a 0V to 25V sawtooth at V1 to see what happens.
