Making double sided PCB vias using fibre laser

Hi Everyone,

I managed to work out how to do make double sided PCB vias using fibre laser.
Initially I wanted a plugin to generate files for procedure, but I managed to find work around for every issue such that it should be possible to make doubled sided PCB with connected vias using fibre laser.

If someone could try and confirm it can work I am thrilled. :smiley: My fibre laser is out of action at the moment. It is a big gain if it works - double sided PCBs with vias in hours. :grinning: Shorten time to get working PCBs into manufacturing. Good too if a plugin can be developed to create the required files directly. :smile:

So why did you start a new thread?

The other thread focused with software plugin may be using a little bit of AI to get some python code written. This thread more to do with manufacturing and refining process. I can do the fibre laser tests myself but my fibre laser out of action for now (may be weeks).
