Just noticed with latest (jenkins 27.06) build of 5.1.6 testing, generating Gerbers (solder mask) layers takes around 1min if Global margin/min width set to non-zero.
I know it’s recommended to leave it at zero (when it generates Gerbers in normal time) but previously it was working normally with non-zero value.
Possibly related to commit a0ce1491
Anyone could check it to verify if it’s not an isolated case?
