would you mind to share the board?
just the pcb edge would be fine or by a pm as you prefer…
your board edge segments create a closed path? (edge cuts layers had to be contiguous)

Kicad Board Edge Error with Kicad Stepup

Hi @Ldoiron17 I managed to close the Edge vertex @ 98.5 58.6 as displayed in 3d-viewer [image] the error was similar to kicad stepup message [image] and that is the closed edge board MotorDriverRev5b.kicad_pcb (46.1 KB) Edit: I have to update the warning message to give a positive y value (to adjust the pcbnew convention)
