Footprint like a pad, no hole

Good morning
I need a footprint offering just a pad, a hollowed circle, like TestPoint_THTPad_xxx,
but no hole.
In the Pad Properties, when creating a footprint, I see the possibility of creating circles and rectangles pads, but just full, no hole in the middle.
Or I can book a through hole but I have the hole.
How is possible to sketch the circular crown without the hole??
