What is going on here, should the two voltages on the schottky diodes’ anodes not be the same ?

The KiCad (and ngspice) versions are (too) old.
The Vishay diode model is buggy and partially incompatible (see attched fixes).
The project uploaded does not comply with the plot (2 x .dc in the *.sch instead of one .tran in the screen shot above).
The V1 branch is interrupted, see your Eeschema circuit diagram and the nc_01 and nc_02 (not connected) messages in your screen shot.
