Copy layouted part of a schematic

Hi, I draw a circuit in the KiCad schematic editor, made a PCB out of it and layouted that in the PCB editor. Now I want to copy that cicuit including the finished layout.

If I copy it in the schematic editor the layout gets lost.
If I copy it in the PCB editor names are not continued, I get R13 two times.
