Anything like that? I have a VSOURCE symbol, but the Tune tool don’t grip.
You may tune resistors (or capacitors, inductors). So you may construct such a source, relying on tuning a resistor, like this:

Could this setup also work with plotting?
Yes, keeping R1 const, you may sweep the current in I1 like
.dc i1 0 1m 1u
and then plot against the current of i1 (well it is not the voltage of B1, but proportional to it).
