Sorry, but grabcad license terms prohibit redistribution unless you get an explicit permission. (That’s a common situation in the 3D model world: they are supposed to be reusable, but you can’t really use them legally except for personal work because the model creator/distributor doesn’t explicitly allow to redistribute the models, modified or unmodified.)
These are hardly complicated to model
