Zone clearance to other zones, not within a zone?

So I do have a board with the top filled with a ground zone (GND). One part of it has an isolated connection and circuitry. An isolated USB (ADUM 4160). It has a zone GND1 sitting “on top of” GND and a higher priority. Clearance between GND and GND1 (highlighted) has to be 2 mm. But this clearance does not apply to within GND1. It only has to be applied to neighboring zones.

I have no clue how to do this other than manually.

There are other layers below, but the / a solution is similar. So I don’t worry about these for now.

I didn’t used V9 yet.
If the break between zones is on all layers than may be using margin layer could help. I don’t remember if clearance for margin layer is the same as other but if so you probably can just use enough wide lines at margin.
