After a bit of thinking, I realized that I could include nearly all the elements of my large pcb design into one much smaller proto board.
In my design, using the nightly, I checked the box for, “Subtract soldermask from silkscreen”. I made this effort a few times in KiCad and GerbV always showed all of the silkscreen that was past the edge cuts of the board.
It was my intent to use OSH Park for this spin of the new board. It appears on their review process that my design will be just fine. In the end the terminal screws will over-hang the edge of the board on one side.
