WLCSP 81 routing

Hi All,

I am using WLCSP81 - 81-pin, 3.693 x 3.815 mm, 0.4 mm pitch wafer level chip scale
package outline. Please any one let me know how to Fanout all the pins. And routing in KiCad.

Have you looked at the Lattice recommendations for routing?

There are also some tools that help with the routing.

If any one have Layout examples for same package please share. and also I am using Four layer first time. What all I need to take care while routing…?
