Will Sparkfun panelizer plugin for V.7 work in V.6?

I’m using Kicad 6.0.11 and rather than move to V.7, I’d like to know if the Sparkfun Kicad Panelizer plugin, which in the PCM says it’s for V.7, work in V.6 as well. Does anyone know?

It is unlikely.
But isn’t it faster to try it than to wait for answer on a forum?

If it is important work, why are you using an unsupported version of KiCad? The current V7.0.10 release of V7 has many bugs fixed in the last year, that are also present in 6.0.11
