Why is there no differential pair option on the right? I have set up several differential pairs.

Please change the language of KiCad to English for screenshots, from Preferences → Set Language.

Additionally to screenshots with english GUI: which kicad version do you use?

Just using the right labels does not trigger routing of differential pairs. It only opens up the option to route tracks as a differential pair. Each net class has separate settings for either regular routing, or routing a diff pair.

Routing of a differential pair is started with: PCB Editor / Route / Route Differential Pair 6
