why i cant get the center of the arc when i click my left mouse it start making me a half arc ?
Not really a lot of information to go on here. At least a screenshot or possibly better a screencast would help us see what you see.

when i click the arc tool it dosent make in a small circule that i can go the 3 steps of making an arc, it directly start with a rounded shape
fixed ! i jest need to press f11
