Where to set the via clearance?

I am using Kicad 5.1.6 on Windows 10 and my instructor wants me to change this 0.5mm via clearance into 0.15mm but I couldn’t find where to set it. Any enlightenment would be appreciated!

Sorry, I still don’t understand. I tried to change the default clearance but it didn’t change anything.

Or change the clearance of the zone you used. But that will reduce all of the clearances inside of the zone.

P.S: After you change the clearance, do not forget to refresh the zones (CTRL-B) to reflect the changes.

okay that worked pretty good, thanks a lot!

Do anyone know what is the reason behind default zone settings being so ‘big’.
Or may be there is somewhere the setting I don’t know allowing to set the defaults used why creating new zone.
During placement I am adding GND zone to hide GND nets and then each time I am surprised why it doesn’t work. Then I remember that to make it working good I have to change at least Thermal clearance and Thermal spoke width as with default values in many cases some pads can’t be reached and GND lines are shown.

Good question. Why can’t it take the value from the net when the user changes the attached net, and then it can be changed to something else if necessary.

In addition:

Changing the design rules does not modify stuff on the PCB. but just placement of new tracks and via’s.

To change via’s (or other things) already on the PCB, use:
Pcbnew / Edit / Edit Track and Via Properties
