Where is built in SPICE model

I made a potentiometer symbol, and want to assign simulation model. But there is none on Built-in SPICE model. There is empty option.

But when I open my resistor symbol, it is listed as “resistor - behavioral”. This my symbol, saved from the kiCad original symbol, and modified.

So where this info is saved? I opens the library using text editor, but it is like same between making from scratch vs save from original symbol
