When will 4.0.2 be available as compiled installers?

I soooo much hope for some bugs to be gone and I am very eager to install.

You can try to compile KiCad yourself even under Windows. The KiCad-Winbuilder (from https://github.com/nickoe/KiCad-Winbuilder) will make it for You. The only dependency is to install CMake first.
