Are those unconnected pins? Put No Connect markers on them. But if U402 is a 16-pin IC with power pins at the corners, maybe the wires aren’t actually connecting to the pins on the schematic. Look at the net assigned to those pins by selecting each in turn and looking at the status bar.

Actually, it gets the total correct, there just seems to be a problem with the sub total at the bottom of the column.
What do I win! 
Maybe “Total warning” is different than just “Warning”… something more serious.
Meh… the program shouldn’t confuse the user with that imo.
