HTML works normally. Meaning use the html img tag:
<img src="url to image"/>
To get the path to the image left click it -> copy image location (in firefox. not sure if other browsers offer the same entry.)
Or you can also left click -> view image (will open the image alone. The url entry line at the top of the browser should then contain the image url)
If you want to reuse an image of yours then open your source comment to edit and copy the img part of it. Paste that into the new comment.
