It looks like kisslips, and what I use it for is none of your business. But I haven’t seen it in a schematic before.

Maybe some kind of fancy net-tie? Also never saw it.

Just double click it and you should get it’s properties . . .

Looks like a current source that needs to go on a diet.

If you hover the mouse cursor over the symbol and then press e to edit it’s properties, you see the full name in the lower left corner of the symbol properties window. Below I did it for a resistor:
