Im trying to make or find a dio 28 symble for a wd1770 ic does anyone know of one or have one i can use, im using the latest kicad
Search for DIP-28 in the standard library and you’ll find several 28 pin footprints. Probably DIP-28_W15.24mm suits. (0.6in between rows.)
