When adding comment’s and drawings (borders and stuff) it would be nice if they could be assigned to “visibility layer(s)” which could be hidden or shown depending on functionality one would like to investigate.
It could for instance be used to highlight a certain electric paths. This would make it easy to document ideas, without it getting cluttered.
Symbols, wires and other items could be assigned to layers to, but that might be a bridge too far. But I wouldn’t mind…
