Via shielding

Is there some functionality in KiCad for doing via shielding on complex shapes automatically? For example (image from Google):

I am aware of the “create array” tool, which is perfect for straight tracks. But what about non-straight tracks? In Altium there is this tool for this (demonstration video). I am using KiCad 8.
