I’m trying to stitch vias on this trace thats on both layers.
But KiCAD wont let me exactly where i want. It keeps snapping the via to the middle of the trace. Any
way to stop this?(The trace width is 5.67mm)

You will find it much easier to put the vias where you want by using copper zones instead of wide tracks
I agree about zones.
That said, you can suppress snapping to the track by keeping Shift pressed while you are placing a via. Then it snaps to grid.
Thank you. Using Shift works.
Still not very used to working with copper zones/fills. But i will eventually.
It is worth learning, zones can be any polygon shape and no hoops to jump through to have parallel zones on multiple layers.
I do a lot of RF designs and it is much easier to use zones and keepouts to design coplanar waveguides
I fully agree with the use of Zones. They’re almost trivially easy to use.
For a more permanent change of the snap behaviour (compared to the shift key) use:
Pcbnew / Preferences / Preferences / Pcbnew / Magnetic Points
