Perhaps I’m missing something but I thought if I define a netclass via and drop a via on the board either in a ground plain where it automatically gets assigned to the GND netclass or define it manually it would take on the assigned characteristics of the netclass (in my case DriveTrace vias should be 0.8x1.4, however unless I manually change these settings in a via property, they remain the Default.
