The CLI rendering functionality looks great and is easy to use. In the 3D viewer, it’s possible to include/exclude certain classes of components to produce a rendering of the bare board or fully populated board. This is important functionality when preparing documentation packages, and I’m missing how to include/exclude parts in the CLI rendering interface, and I’m not finding the info in the documentation. Is it really not possible to export a bare PCB from the CLI?
Looks like there’s no way to do that with the CLI. You could open an issue on Gitlab requesting that feature.
You can create presets in the 3D viewer and use --preset argument in the CLI.
Although it may not be working in some cases.
