V6 Pull symbol 'Description' contents using code?

Is it possible in v6 to pull Symbol’s description by using code?

Say I have Relay with description “24VDC Force Guided Relay” and I have symbol that has Reference and Value shown in the symbol itself, how can I pull Description contents without re-writing same information in the custom fields?
