How to I make V-CUT in KiCad ?
is it as easy as renaming a user layer like “User.1” to “V.cut” and drawing a line?
Does KiCad hve some tools for creating mousebite areas/areas around them?
Years ago my PCB manufacturer said that I can draw these lines at any layer and just inform them that this are V-cut lines.
I have made my mouse bites footprints (containing holes and arcs at edge.cut layer).
V-cuts go in the Edge.Cuts layer for JLCPCB.
There are KiCad plugins and scripts for panelisation for the two methods, search on that term in the Plugin and Content Manager and on the Internet.
