Using layout and now all layers are dark except what I am working with

Hi, Using layout and accidentally pressed a key that enabled a function, now all layers are greyed out and inactive except the layer I am working on.

Can’t find any indication that I am in a special mode or how to get back to normal. Anybody know what I did? Control-Z does nothing to reverse it.

Never mind, my bad! I figured it out. Contrast mode! That little icon on the left 3rd from the bottom.
