I am new to KiCad and i want to use Kicad without internet how can I install in new windows PC without internet with all the libraries?
When you get KiCAD (the offline installer) browse to:
https://kicad.org/download/source/ and should see a link to this: Kicad-library repo… download, should be all you need I think.
