USB Micro: Board outline does not form a closed polygon

This is the library for a USB_B_Micro:

But the DRC says: “Board outline does not form a closed polygon”
Why does it has the footprint has the cutout?

This line is from the edge.cuts layer and the idea is to help the designer place it in the board outline correctly.

The board shape should be a closed shape that includes that footprint.
