I have made an improvement to my RenumKicadPCB utility. This utility renumbers the reference designators on a Kicad PCB file then back-annotates the schematic hierarchy. It’s a lot easier than doing it by hand!
The improvement is that the software now stores the most recently set parameters in a file so it reloads these as defaults when run. See https://documenteddesigns.com/2017/02/28/renumkicadpcb-v0-201/ for the download.
I have not tested this version on Linux or other platforms but the source, etc., is in the zip file.
