Unique identifier in hierarchical schematic?

I am quite new to kicad and dealing with a multichannel schematic where i use hirarchical sheets with the replicate layout plugin. So far all working fine, all channels working. Now i have a large connector in the root that has dedicated inputs that i need to wire to each channel / hirarchical schematic, how can i do this ? if i use global or hirarchical label they are copied and not unique in each hirarchical schematic. how can i do this ?

Use hierarchical labels.
Inside of the subsheet the hierarchical labels are like lokal labels.

After wiring you can check the connectivity with the “highlight wire” tool/hotkey.
Then you will see if some nets are connected or not connected.
The highlighting remains even if you switch from rootsheet–> first subsheet → another subsheet.

i did but the hirarchical label is copied to the other as well … so it is not unique per subsheet

oh dear … the name stays same but i can connect it to different pins … great … thanks ! i split GND in half as i use 2 power supplies

You may also look into buses for projects like these. The thing you gain, is that you get to use less wires. And you may benefit from prefixes.
