Uninstall 3Dmodel Files?

Can the 5.5GB of 3dmodel files be uninstalled? I believe that I don’t need them as I only use the Schematic editor, Accrobat has started hanging up (pun?) and messages appear about low resources. I thought I had unticked 3D model items in the installation dialogue.

if you dont need 3d models just delete folder with 3d models, 3d models not needed for schematic editor
