Unable to view text placed on Schematic using 9.0.4

Text not showing on schematic.

  • Open Text Properties with RH button or hotkey T.
  • Set size & color & default font.
  • Type text
  • OK.

Text appears on schematic.
Move mouse away from text and click.
Text disappears.

If I click mouse where text should be visible, text shows, but next click away hides text again.
The same problem (sort of) with Text Box.

Works properly in Symbol and PCB Editors. Yet to try Footprint Editor.

Could others please check and comment.

Your comment helped me find the problem.
I was using a modified “wDark” plugin theme. That turned out to be the problem.
I’ll chuck that plugin in the bin, never to be resurrected. :face_vomiting:
