Still learning after going from KiCad 5 to 8. So far it’s a tie between neat cool stuff and “now you’re helping too much…”
Somehow, the place track icon is now showing a differential mode. Have poked around in KiCad and Google and this forum, lots of stuff on differential routing but can’t find out how to go back to simple tracks.
Here’s what I’m seeing:
Please advise on how tg get back, and if going into differential mode is now a hot key.

To dsa-t: OK on the hotkeys, was using that to route while I was stuck in differential mode. I was wondering if there was a hot key to select which mode was displayed on the right menu.
Sounds like the best of both worlds- a way to set a most used default, and a hot key to do a single route of either type.
