Tracks do not get filled (Hollow tracks)

My tracks do not get filled; please see below. I have tried “B” and “Ctrl +B” but they are shown as hollow tracks.

I have Version (5.1.9)-1

Icon on the left side.
Show tracks in outline/fill mode?

It’s also an icon on the left side of the screen.
