In the length_stats folder, Have init,py, action_length_stats.py, length_stats_GUI.py and other .fbp files
You should at least have version.txt file and one .png file. If the .png file is missing the plugin might fail to load.
Is there an .log file in there?
Yes there is .png and .version.txt file.
.txt file says 29.

Which locale (language) are you running? If it is not english, can you switch to english and try it again?
