Tool: Update your 3D Models in an Existing Layout

Hi,

I’ve written a simple command line tool, that fetches the 3D model links from the available footprint libraries, and updates it in the PCB file (.kicad_pcb):

Please feel free to test and use it. I think it could be very useful for the transition from KiCad 4 to KiCad 5, while using both libraries v4 and v5.

It’s a result from the discussion here: Any ultimate Guide on how to use KiCad 4 and 5 on one System?

It should run on Mac and Windows too, but I cannot test it there.
