To see the back side of the board

I have seen this issue in older posts. I understand that KiCAD improves daily. Is there a way to see the backside of the board without using 3D or accepting the mirror image?

In version 5.0.0-rc2 (nightly) menu View-> Flip board view.

I think this feature is not present in v.4.0.7

Not available in the stable, but has been available in the nightlies for quite some time now.
Standard disclaimer about using a nightly applies.
