I have a design with mostly SMT components but a few through-holes. The assembly contractor has asked for a diagram showing just the through-hole components with component references and pin 1 markers. Is there an easy way to generate such a diagram?
Essentially, I’m looking for a way to hide all the SMT components in a layout.
What I do with the footprints:
-SMD silkscreen moved/duplicated on ECO1.user
-TH silkscreen moved/duplicated on ECO2.user
As you have a few through hole footprints, you can do it only for those footprints. Then print the ECO2.user layer as pdf, for example.
