is it possible to add thermal reliefs to pads which are connected only with trackes and not with areas? If not, is it anyway possible to convert a trace into a filled area?

No.

only if you select multiple tracks which itself build a closed polygon. If you select such tracks you can select them, RMB (right mouse button) → context menu → Create from selection → Create Zone from selection.
Attention: this function creates unpredictable results if the tracks themself are not like a “closed polygon”

Unfortunately the “Create Zone from selection” does not work with my tracks…
A feature to convert any track into a zone would be very helpful!
look at gitlab-issue #9595. It asks for converting the outline of a track into graphical lines. These could than be converted into a zone (with the existing lines–>zone conversion command). If you like the idea (or other ideas, feature requests) you can support the issue to give it more weight/attention for the developers.
