The FUN feature of "update from the library" function

I had find the fun feature, when symbol has updated from the library, the designator’s value has lost.
for example there was C1 or DD2, and after the symbols changed by the “update” function from library they are C or DD

Does’t bug on my PC only or just it’s KiCad special feature?

1.the symbols supposed to change - the designator’s letters are in order at the right, at the left they numbers has lost.

You mean, combined together in the text property field, or combined together for display?
