I want to add the text in the front face of PCB, i selected F.SilkS layer to write a text, it’ clear for me. My question is that do i need to select “Mirrored” option to make the text visible as normal before sending to manufacturer ?

No, you don’t have to select mirrored if you want it to appear normal.
In general you can open 3d viewer to see almost exactly how your board will look like when manufactured.
