Hi all
I want to use a 3pin terminal block on my pcb. I found out that there are many footprints for terminal blocks available. But not a library.
Can anyone tell me how to get a terminal block into schematic and onto the board?

Use generic CONN01x03 symbols from conn.lib. During CvPcb job select correct footprint.
There are plenty of terminal block footprints and 3d models in this excellent collection:

Here is a schematic symbol and footprint I recently used for OSTYK421XX030 terminal blocks from On-Shore Technology http://www.on-shore.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/ostyk421xx030.pdf . They may not be strictly in compliance with official standards, but they communicate useful information to the viewer. I will let you do the drafting to create a 3-terminal part from my 2-terminal versions.
